The Creative Lab Giveaway is a sweepstake offering everyone’s favorite Digital Tablet and Stylus Pencil (Value $500-600) from Creative Lab, sponsored by Kimberly Costa. The winner will receive a Digital Tablet and Stylus Pencil of their choice of color (Pink, Yellow, Blue, or Silver) with the following specifications: 10.9 inch Liquid Retina Display, 64MB, Wi-Fi enabled, A14 Bionic Chip for Power & Performance, 12MP Wide back camera, 12MP Ultra Wide front camera.
To enter, download the BINGO card from https://thecreativesparksummit.com/bingo-2/. Participants must complete any activity on the BINGO card and post a screenshot of a full line (a row going horizontally, column going vertically, or a line going diagonally) in the comment section of the giveaway post. Alternatively, participants can purchase either Spark Pass to be automatically entered to win.
The sweepstake entry period begins on March 21, 2023 and ends on March 27, 2023 at 12PM Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”). The winner will be selected in a random drawing from the eligible entries and announced on March 27, 2023 at 4:30PM EDT in the Creative Spark Summit group. Participants may enter as many times as they like, but can only win once.
The sweepstake is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Creative Lab, Kimberly Costa, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the sweepstake.
The winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 30 days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the sweepstake in its sole discretion, including if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the sweepstake, without liability to any participant.
